NASM Certified Personal Trainer
RYT 200 Hr Certified Yoga Instructor
I fell in love with fitness back in Arizona, my home state, and have since dreamed about being a fitness professional. However, "Getting Fit" didn't necessarily come easy to me. In the beginning, I greatly struggled with body image and fell into what I call, "the social media trap"; constantly comparing myself to every half-nude fitness model with a six-pack and glutes to die for. I obsessed over weighing food, counting calories, and running on the treadmill five days a week, until a personal trainer (whom I now call a friend) finally put an end to the madness and taught me about the benefits of strength training and how to make fitness a positive, healthy lifestyle!
Since then, I've become eager to help anyone who has been in the position that I was in during the early stages of my fitness journey.
Exercise and eating healthy shouldn't be something we do because we think we have to, but something we want to do because of how it makes us feel both inside and out.
I had to learn the hard way that fitness wasn't a one-stop shop; that what worked for one person may not work for me and vice versa. I am not afraid to admit that I have failed in my journey from time to time, because I have also highly succeeded. As a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and a Certified RYT 200hr Yoga Instructor, I am dedicated to guiding you through the ups and downs, pushing you beyond your limitations, and most of all, celebrating every victory.
