My focus is helping to facilitate maximal personal potential whether it be in sports, rehabilitation, or simply increasing strength and mobility for activities of daily life.
Growing up in the Central Valley of California where summers can be upwards of 100 degrees, I learned to swim really early in life. What started out as a way to escape the heat and have fun quickly turned into a passion. I swam competitively from the age of four to 23.
Both of my parents were decorated coaches in multiple sports, and I spent my early life immersed in sports. By the end of my competitive athletic career, I decided that knowing as much as I could about the human body just made sense.
I earned my degree in Kinesiology in 2008 from San Diego State University and now have the knowledge along with the work ethic that I gained from sports to fuel my passion. I have had the honor/luxury of working with potential and veteran NFL athletes, collegiate athletes, an Ironman triathlete and multiple marathoners, recovering stroke and heart attack victims, injured and rehabilitating clients, members of the armed forces, men's physique competitors, and more importantly the general population who just want to improve their day-to-day life.
